Because the heat is directed by energy beams that primarily target (and superheat) metals / man-made objects. Why?? To burn-out inhabitants, making way for resource- and/or land-grab, “smart” or 15-minute cities, high-speed rail, etc. The evidence for so outrageous a claim is overwhelming and growing with each new manufactured event.

The implications are extreme. Lately there appears to be an effort to “normalize” the otherworldly effects of DEW attacks, presumably to make ready for more widespread use of the weaponry against humankind as “climate change”, “end times”, “War of the Worlds” and similar mass MK operations are propelled.
