I just saw some of the JFK files where Kennedy was warned and was against weather control before his assassination. More pcs. of the puzzle unraveling.
JFK signed a national security memorandum in October 1963 authorizing troop withdrawal from Vietnam, and six weeks later he was assassinated. Four days after his death President Johnson reversed that memorandum and the troops remained. Weather modification was a big part of that war.
