Apparently, in addition to flooding everyone out with Their HAARP NEXRAD weather warfare, They also plan on burning everyone out with Their DEW wildphyres.

2006 USAF document titled OWNING THE WEATHER BY 2025 proves that military is either incompetent or complicit in these attacks.

Every flood or wildphyre that occurs further proves that our military and government are weaponized against and attacking the citizenry.

Because the heat is directed by energy beams that primarily target (and superheat) metals / man-made objects. Why?? To burn-out inhabitants, making way for resource- and/or land-grab, “smart” or 15-minute cities, high-speed rail, etc. The evidence for so outrageous a claim is overwhelming and growing with each new manufactured event.

The implications are extreme.
