5 Lightning Bolts Struck 4 Creeks + 7 more lightning bolts that struck creeks, lakes, rivers. The lightning bolts are striking the valleys and gulleys, not the peaks.

7 Wildphyres within half-hour of Fairbanks, Alaska
Around 17:00 in Traci echoes reports of mid-fifty-dgree weather in Fairbanks area, and a lot of the snowpack still melting so the ground conditions were definitely not dry.
